Feel and Look Younger This Holiday

December 4, 2015

Senior Couple With Photo Album“Christmas is here again”, as the song goes. As exciting as the holiday season is, you might also be thinking of Christmases past—-and the you of the past! If you’re feeling a little older, a little slower, or just wistful to feel a little younger, here are some tips to support a sharper mind, smoother skin, and healthier you!

First, the basics. Because it’s kind of a hard and fast truth that if you don’t sleep enough, spend too much time unprotected in the sun, eat too much sugar or not enough veggies, spend all day stressing, or never exercise, you’re going to age yourself faster—body, skin, and mind. (And don’t forget to drink lots of water, too!)

If you’re just starting to change your ways, great! It’s never too late. Here are some tips to boost that turn-around:

Do something to support your skin. Colloidal copper adds something that may be missing from your diet—copper (of course)! Copper supports healthy skin—it’s needed in the production of collagen and elastin. (Are you getting enough copper from your diet? Dunno! It’s not what you eat, but very much where it’s grown!) If you think you’re diet is pretty solid—try our colloidal copper spray and directly support your skin instead.

But wait, there’s more! (Isn’t there always with the good things?) Many people have found that adding copper to their diet has the effect of turning back the clock on their hair, too, taking the grays and putting pepper back in! Just don’t be overeager—you can absolutely overdo it with too much copper (it plays an essential role with your blood, too).

And there’s another thing that’s been shown to be beneficial to your skin and other signs of aging—Resveratrol. Resveratrol is a super antioxidant found in fruits (like the skin of black grapes). Rather than eat a grape-based diet (though the occasional grape is delicious) you can get all kinds of Resveratrol and other powerful antioxidants found in fruit into your daily diet with Longevity Antioxidant Formula.

And support your brain—

—Some sort of daily puzzle or word problem is a great start. Anything that keeps you active and engaged with your surroundings.

But that’s just a start—if you want a boost that help your memory, energy, creativity, hand-eye coordination, focus, and more—look to colloidal gold. Colloidal gold has been reported to do all of that—without the stimulating effects of, say, coffee (which doesn’t do all that!).

Here’s to a magical holiday season, and many more!
