Flu Activity Still Widespread in North

April 6, 2018

In the northern states, flu activity is still being reported as widespread as Influenza B makes the late season rounds. While you don’t need to worry as much as when flu season was at its peak, it’s still very much here and hospitalizations, and even deaths, are still being reported.

Just keep up good habits for flu season, the most important being frequent hand-washing. Hand-washing cuts transmission of diseases like the flu at a much higher rate than the flu shot, although it’s still not 100%. You can close the gap a little more with good immune supporting habits, like getting enough sleep, eating well, and exercising. Airports and crowds are still places where you’re more likely to get sick, so keep a heads up.

And keep up support with colloidal silver. As daily immune support, an occasional immune system boost, or as a tool for better nebulizing and sinus care, colloidal silver’s multiple uses are even more valuable during flu season.

You can add a few drops of colloidal silver to your daily sinus rinse, or do a deep soak of colloidal silver in a sinus flood and really tackle your upper respiratory tract, clearing out pathogens and mucus.

Or you can use colloidal silver in your nebulizer for direct immune support to your lower respiratory tract.

Colloidal silver has also long been valued as skin support and more, so try it out multiple ways as different problems come up.
