Just A Little Fitness Could Save Your Life

April 6, 2015

Man Riding Bike“I should eat this entire bag of candy today because I could get hit by a bus tomorrow.” Yes, life is short and to be enjoyed, but you could make it a little longer and a lot better by making even small improvements to your health.

There are lot of studies connecting exercise to a reduced risk of cancer, but the word “exercise” can be daunting. It prompts images of expensive gyms, lots of sweat, and a big chunk of time out of your day.

But let’s replace “exercise” with “fitness”—you don’t have to be “swole” (what the hip kids call muscular) to improve your health, because even little changes go a long way (like spreading out your consumption of Easter treats!).

A new study says that for middle aged men, the healthier you are, the less likely you are to get cancer. And if you do get cancer, treatment is more likely to be easier and faster. While that may seem obvious for certain types of cancers, like in the colon (because a poor diet will both directly and indirectly impact it), it even applies to other cancers, like lung!

That shouldn’t surprise anyone—it should make you feel empowered and motivated to hear more confirmation that fitness matters! Whether you work a little bit more exercise into your day, eat more fruits and vegetables, or take time to combat stress, all those little things add up to a longer, better life.

To help you kickstart your fitness and support your health, be sure to pick up some of these supporting supplements:

Slim NRG. If you can maintain the same pants size at 55 that you wore at 35, you’re probably doing something right!

Colloidal Silver. Spending more time at the gym? In a pool? While exercise is great for your immune system, locker rooms aren’t. Be sure you have extra support!

Prostate MGRx. Targeted prostate support—because prostate cancer is determined, and seems to not be affected by fitness level (or else, fit people are more likely to see their doctor and catch it). At least most prostate cancers are super slow moving and non-lethal, and you can support your prostate health with an all-natural, high quality supplement like Prostate MGRx.

How do you boost your fitness?
