Just A Thank You!

August 26, 2014

Here’s a big high five from us to you, because we love our customers. Many of you call in with questions, and we get to hear all about how our products have helped and improved your life. Others contact us on Twitter and Facebook, often with very good questions.

Many of you have been loyal customers for years, and don’t have questions for us any more.

So we just want to say a big thank you.

At Colloids for Life, we’re all about our customers. If you’ve never called us—you should. We have a deep familiarity with all of our products (in fact, we are so confident in them, we take many of them ourselves. It’s one reason we only carry high-quality items!). We can help you navigate through our catalogue, answer your questions, and help make sure your order will reach it’s destination.

You won’t get all that from our competitors, so let me add on a congratulations—because you’re one smart cookie for choosing us.

Because we care about our product and making sure it reaches you the way it should—intact and unfrozen, we take care with how we package our orders.

You won’t get that from all our competitors (always be sure you’re getting a product shipped snugly, you don’t want a soggy box!), so make sure you check out who you buy from!

And we make sure we can answer all of your questions, even if we need to check with the manufacturer (which could mean us sitting on hold a few hours). But if you think of a question that stumps us, we want to know the answer just as much as you!

We also value honesty. We really believe in our products, but we aren’t going to try and trick you—if you follow the blog, you know we collect as many studies on nano silver (and gold, and more) as we can find. When we tell you colloidal (nano) silver is better, it’s because we’ve found studies confirming it is. Not because it’s what we sell.

So thank you. Thank you for going to colloidsforlife.com to find all your health support needs, and for supporting small businesses like ours.

Share some love in the comments:
