Do You Have Enough Immune Armor?

October 6, 2015

Figure With ArmorIn a perfect world, you’d be in tune with your body. You’d notice all the little changes, and you’d intuit how to react to them—do you need more nutrients? Or just more water? More exercise, or do you actually need more rest (because both can boost your energy levels)? Are you really getting sick, or are you just too stressed? And on and on.

For most people, cold and flu season is also a busier season. Holidays, end of year deadlines, and a convergence of the two leading to even busier travel. If you’re a student, you’ve got the added weight of tests and term papers layered on top of it all (don’t miss our study tips). Collectively, we all feel the stress of the season—and while the work makes the happy moments more sweet, it also works on the immune system, making it so we’re more prone to catching whatever is going around.

And being that busy—and stressed—means that you might miss the various things working against you. The slow slide of immune system strength, until, of course, you notice it in your throat when you cough, sneeze, or just work to soothe it.

What should you do? Cover all your bases. During winter, most people benefit from more Vitamin D.

And if you want more immune support, there’s two more bases to cover:

Go colloidal. MesoSilver supports the immune system, and is a great daily supplement, but especially so during the winter.

And go herbal. If you haven’t tried it yet, get a boost from our Immune System Regenerator. It’s a mix of Humic and Fulvic minerals (derived from organic soil—and richer soil than what most food is grown in ) and more.

If you’re especially prone to winter illnesses, cover all your bases. Immune System Regenerator offers cellular support with its special formula of antioxidants, herbs and minerals. Add it to your winter supplement regime so that you have an extra line of defense while you tackle projects, travel, celebrate, and close out 2015.

What keeps you busy and distracted during the winter?
