Celebrate Valentine’s Day With Red, White, and Gold

Celebrate Good Heart Health With Friends This 14th.

Although there’s plenty of obvious reasons to want a healthy libido this Valentine’s Day, the truth is it can be a good check-in for overall health, and remind us to care for our hearts this Valentine’s Day—and not just in the emotional sense!

If you had a New Year’s Resolution dealing with weight loss (like most people), you might be feeling pretty good after a month or so of exercising and eating right. Both of these things can improve libido, which can help be an objective gauge for progress so far.

Most people think of physical appearance when they think of weight loss, but the truth is you can be what’s called “skinny-fat”, where you look thin, but aren’t actually in good shape. On the other hand, a person might be working out and eating right, but only slowly achieving their desired weight loss—and they might even be in better shape than the skinny-fat person!

Libido can be an indicator here, since a health libido is tied to a healthy body. Another way to gauge “in shape” vs. physical appearance can be physical endurance. (All exercise should be undertaken under a doctor’s supervision with regular heart check-ups, and excess fat can cause other health problems.)

Here’s an example of how to measure endurance: a healthy person should be able to climb at least two flights of stairs at a brisk pace without becoming winded.

Of course, that will vary by age and ability, and your doctor can help you make a more in-depth analysis of your weight, heart health, etc, but it illustrates how even in daily life you can get an idea of how well you’re doing at taking care of yourself.

At the end of the day, if you’re doctor says you’re healthy but your libido’s not as expected, you can always support libido naturally with MesoGold. In the same way that MesoGold can help focus the mind, it may help focus the libido, helping to pave the way for a happy Valentine’s Day.

And if you want something extra to help support your heart, remember Cardio CVS, one of the Welltrient Three that are recommended as a foundation for nutritional health!
