One of the problems our skin faces with age stems from a common source of age-related health problems: poor digestion. Your skin really shows what you eat (or don’t), too. Think about what happens when you’re sick, you eat too much fat or sugar (and break out), or skip a few meals: you can read it on your face.
While you might know some basic diet tricks for your skin, like drinking more water and eating “good” fats like avocado, there are some key nutrients you should make sure you have (or apply directly to your skin!); and one of the most notable is copper.
Copper is essential in the formation of collagen and elastin, which is what makes skin firm and smooth. It can be hard to tell if you have enough in your diet, since soil varies so wildly in content and quality, and that impacts what nutrients make it into food.
If you want to specifically add copper to your diet, try colloidal copper. It lets you tailor the amount to your diet. Or, you can just spray it directly to your face, and let your skin absorb the nano particles for targeted support.
Try colloidal copper spray after you wash your face for a few weeks to support firmer, smoother, glowing skin. There’s a reason copper is an ingredient in many high-end creams, but you can get a lot more for a lot less (and in a purer, better, nano form!) with colloidal copper.
Note that people with certain genetic diseases need to limit their exposure to copper, so of course should not use a copper supplement (and should always read multivitamin labels!).
