Whether you’ve got young kids who haven’t 100% mastered sneezing into their elbow every time, or older kids going to live elbow to elbow in the dorms, don’t forget to boost their immune system before you send them off to school.
And don’t limit your support to immune boosts, support those learning, growing minds, and more!
First, support their health! A balanced breakfast goes a long way, but it doesn’t hurt to have a little extra immune support. Nothing disrupts focus more than sniffles, sneezes, and coughing (and of course missed school days!). And Back To School (August) is, unfortunately, followed by fall (and cold and flu season!).
You can also help keep their immune systems strong by helping them to get as much sleep as possible (something most school schedules make difficult). And of course, pack or encourage a healthy lunch! If you aren’t sure your kid won’t be tempted into trading apple slices for candy bars, add a daily multivitamin to their breakfast.
Next, support their focus, memory, and even hand-eye coordination (whether they’re an artist, jock, or both!) with colloidal gold. Exercise, lots of berries (and other healthy foods), and sleep will help their brain work their best, but everyone can use a little back-up support. Colloidal gold has lots of reported support for your mind!
And don’t let their dorm room, shoes, or closet (when those dirty clothes pile up) get stinky. Use a natural tool to stomp down the stink: Smelly Shoe Spray. Not just for shoes, use Smelly Shoe Spray everywhere, as long as no one has a silver allergy, it’s perfectly safe. Dog beds, dirty laundry, smelly drapes, couches, and more. If your kid is off to college this year, pack a bottle in a care package (their room-mate will thank you).
What support do you think kids need the most during Back To School?
